Aviation-Grade Ceramic Coating

Protect your aircraft's finish with a permanent ceramic shield that repels water, resists contamination, and maintains showroom gloss for years.

Our SiO2 ceramic coatings bond at the molecular level, providing superior protection compared to traditional waxes and sealants.

Our Process

1

Surface Assessment & Preparation

We evaluate paint condition and determine if correction is needed before coating. Any defects must be addressed first for optimal bonding.

2

Paint Correction (If Needed)

Oxidation, swirls, and scratches are removed through multi stage polishing. Ceramic coating amplifies whatever is underneath—correction ensures flawless results.

3

Panel Wipe & Solvent Prep

Isopropyl alcohol removes polishing oils and residues. The surface must be chemically clean for the ceramic to bond at the molecular level.

4

Ceramic Application

Aviation grade SiO2 ceramic is applied panel by panel with precision. We work in controlled conditions to ensure proper flash time and cross linking.

5

Curing & Final Inspection

The coating cures for 24–48 hours, forming a permanent bond. We inspect for high spots, streaks, or missed areas before final delivery.
